Returns
If a non-food product of poor quality has been sold to the buyer and the seller has not discussed the defects with the buyer, the buyer has the right to demand from the seller the following:
- Replace with a appropriate quality product.
- Reduce the price accordingly.
- Eliminate product defects within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refund the money paid for the product.
- Terminate the sales Agreement and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
Upon receiving the goods, the buyer must make sure that the packaging is not damaged. In case of external damage, the buyer must immediately (the next day at the latest) inform the seller by email info@balticchinchillas.com. If the seller is not informed, it is considered, that the buyer confirms that the goods have been delivered in good condition and without any damage. The buyer may apply for refund if:
- Non-food product has not been damaged, opened or used.
- The expiration date of the food product is expired, or there are noticable sensory changes in the quality.
- Food packaging was damaged during transportation.
Return and exchange procedure:
- For exchange or return of the goods, please contact + 370 6 562 86 00 or by email info@balticchinchillas.com (stating the reason for return, order number and the product you wish to return) no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement with the seller.
- If the goods are returned not because of the sellers error, the shipping cost is paid by the customer.
- Refund for the returned product will be transfered to the bank account from which the order was paid within 7 working days after the product is received.
