Normally, upon receiving payment, the goods will be shipped the next business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.
The Seller can not guarantee that the ordered goods will reach the Buyer within the specified time in all cases. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as increased number of shipments during the holiday period, carrier’s logistical error, delivery of the shipment can be delayed.
If the ordered goods are not in the seller's warehouse and the seller cannot receive the goods ordered by the buyer, seller must immediately inform the buyer and, as soon as possible, but not later than within 30 calendar days from the day he knew he can not receive the ordered goods, refund the amount paid by the buyer.
When accepting a shipment, be sure to check the status of it. In case of any damage, you must immediately notify the seller by email info@balticchinchillas.com or by phone + 370 6 562 86 00. If the shipment is received and the seller is not informed, it is considered that the shipment was delivered without any damage.
